Cette m\u00e9thode permet d&#039;obtenir une \u00e9paisseur uniforme, d&#039;accro\u00eetre la pr\u00e9cision des tol\u00e9rances d&#039;\u00e9paisseur et d&#039;am\u00e9liorer la r\u00e9sistance et l&#039;\u00e9tat de surface gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l&#039;\u00e9crouissage. Malgr\u00e9 ces avantages, la ductilit\u00e9 de l&#039;acier lamin\u00e9 \u00e0 froid est r\u00e9duite par la formation de dislocations. Afin d&#039;obtenir une bonne ductilit\u00e9, l&#039;acier lamin\u00e9 \u00e0 froid doit subir un recuit. Ce proc\u00e9d\u00e9 consiste \u00e0 chauffer l&#039;acier lamin\u00e9 \u00e0 froid au-dessus de sa temp\u00e9rature de recristallisation en le maintenant \u00e0 cette temp\u00e9rature, puis en le refroidissant. Le recuit est r\u00e9alis\u00e9 sous une atmosph\u00e8re gazeuse contr\u00f4l\u00e9e compos\u00e9e d&#039;azote et d&#039;hydrog\u00e8ne en proportions variables. Durant cette \u00e9tape, les atomes de l&#039;acier se d\u00e9placent, ce qui entra\u00eene une r\u00e9duction des contraintes internes.<br \/>\n2. <strong>Recristallisation<\/strong> :<br \/>\nCette \u00e9tape se d\u00e9roule \u00e0 une temp\u00e9rature d&#039;environ 500-550 \u00b0C. Bien que les contraintes internes soient \u00e9limin\u00e9es lors du traitement de relaxation des contraintes, de nouveaux cristaux ne se forment pas. Pour rem\u00e9dier \u00e0 cela, l&#039;acier subit une recristallisation au cours de laquelle de nouveaux cristaux se forment. Ce processus r\u00e9aligne les atomes et les grains nouvellement form\u00e9s fusionnent avec les grains lamin\u00e9s \u00e0 froid.<br \/>\n3. <strong>croissance des c\u00e9r\u00e9ales<\/strong> :<br \/>\nCette \u00e9tape se d\u00e9roule pendant le trempage. Les grains augmentent en nombre et en taille \u00e0 mesure qu&#039;ils consomment les cristaux nouvellement form\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>Il existe deux types de recuit : le recuit par lots et le recuit continu.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<h4 style=\"font-size: 20px;color: #008bca;text-align: left\" class=\"vc_custom_heading vc_do_custom_heading\" >Recuit par lots :<\/h4>\n\t<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element\" >\n\t\t<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n\t\t\t<p>L&#039;int\u00e9rieur du caisson est rempli de gaz protecteurs afin d&#039;emp\u00eacher l&#039;oxydation de la surface de l&#039;acier. La hotte chauffante est mise en place et les bobines d&#039;acier lamin\u00e9 \u00e0 froid sont empil\u00e9es les unes sur les autres. L&#039;int\u00e9rieur du caisson est ensuite positionn\u00e9 sur l&#039;acier. La chaleur du br\u00fbleur est diffus\u00e9e \u00e0 la surface de l&#039;acier, qui reste ainsi maintenu \u00e0 cette temp\u00e9rature. Enfin, la hotte refroidie est plac\u00e9e pour permettre \u00e0 l&#039;acier de refroidir \u00e0 temp\u00e9rature ambiante.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<h4 style=\"font-size: 20px;color: #008bca;text-align: left\" class=\"vc_custom_heading vc_do_custom_heading\" >Recuit continu :<\/h4>\n\t<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element\" >\n\t\t<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n\t\t\t<p>Ce proc\u00e9d\u00e9 utilise un d\u00e9rouleur et deux boucleurs. La bobine d&#039;acier est plac\u00e9e sur le d\u00e9rouleur. Le mouvement est maintenu pendant le traitement thermique. Le boucleur comporte deux jeux de rouleaux. Le boucleur d&#039;entr\u00e9e effectue un mouvement de va-et-vient pour alimenter la section de traitement thermique avec la bobine d&#039;acier. Le boucleur de sortie re\u00e7oit la bobine, assurant ainsi un mouvement continu pendant le traitement. Apr\u00e8s le maintien en temp\u00e9rature, la bobine d&#039;acier refroidit \u00e0 temp\u00e9rature ambiante. Le recuit continu conf\u00e8re \u00e0 l&#039;acier une finition lisse, une surface uniforme et une forme stable.
