There are two ways to buy from Calmet. Option one is Just In Time Delivery where we manage local warehousing to ensure agreed upon stock levels and thereby guarantee maximum convenience based on your needs. After receiving the purchase order you will get the parts within a week. Option two starts with a purchase order followed by production, inspection, logistics and delivery with a lead time of 60 to 120 days depending on the part(s).

We manage the complete supply chain from development to production, logistics, delivery and local warehousing.

Calmet is certified by Bureau Veritas UK under Quality Management Systems requirements of ISO 9001:2015.

We will acknowledge your RFQ within 48 hours and then submit our quotation within 7-14 days depending on the number of parts and how many manufacturing processes are involved.

Yes. We have the experience, skill and infrastructure in place to develop new parts for your company. Calmet has been developing and supplying different types of parts from various industry segments for over two decades.

First you send us your Request for Quotation with a complete set of drawings and specifications. We will do technical feasibility and then submit our quotation. After we receive your purchase order, we will make tooling to produce the sample(s). Then we inspect the sample and submit our inspection report for your review. After your approval, we proceed with pilot production and then production.

Our lead time depends on the buying option. Just in Time delivery happens within 3 to 5 days. In second option, production takes 6 to 8 weeks and transit takes 4 to 6 weeks.

After receiving your complete purchase order, drawings and specifications, we take up to 4 weeks for tooling and 6 weeks for sample development.

No. Our in-country expertise and experience guarantees that we will quote all expenses firsthand and there will be no unexpected charges.

You can order parts from various commodities such as castings, forgings, machined parts and assemblies with international standards of consistent quality and delivery from low cost production countries from just one supplier in an efficient way instead of working with various suppliers.

Yes. We do in-house machining as well as subcontracting. Machine shops are geared to produce parts of consistent dimensional accuracy and are equipped with CNC, Automatic, Semi-Automatic and Special Purpose Machines and Machining Centers.

Currently we are supplying parts from 0.5 kg up to 1,200 kg.

We supply to Armstrong, Idex, Emerson, Flomatic, Viking and Wilo among others.

We have customers in the US, Canada, France, England, Spain, Brazil, South Korea, China, India and Australia.

We supply parts from materials such as gray iron, ductile iron, carbon steel, stainless steel, alloy steel, copper, brass, bronze, lead free brass, aluminum and zinc.

If a defective part is delivered, we will arrange an appropriate facility to do the rework. If the parts cannot be reworked, we will manufacture them again and replace the parts.

Yes, we offer Local Warehousing to accomplish Just in Time Delivery.
